Position Overview
This role is responsible for a variety of tasks including management of daily cycle count inventory of both raw materials and finished
goods, work in process (WIP) validation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Inventory Control
· Responsible for the accuracy of inventory sub-ledger quantities through the administration of the daily cycle count process. The
cycle count process encompasses finished goods located in the general warehouse, carousel and raw material areas. Responsible
for managing daily cycle count loads, entering count results into SAP, reconciling inventory discrepancies, requesting
adjustments to inventory quantities as needed and reporting results.
· WIP verification of certain open production orders according to approved facility process.
· Perform ad hoc count verification as requested.
Skills and Competencies
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Accuracy, reliability, and trust. Detail orientated.
· PC skills are necessary with heavy use of spreadsheet.
· Perseverance: to solve problems and follow up with other departments.
· Ability to problem solve and work well with others.

· Must be able to work on manufacturing production floor and able to wear all required safety equipment.
Education and/or Experience Requirements (Qualifications)
· Minimum of high school diploma required.
· Prior experience in inventory movement, control and validation, preferred.
· Basic accounting and business knowledge.
· SAP knowledge is preferred.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment: (if applicable)
· Must be able to communicate and exchange information with teammates.
· Must be able to operate office equipment including desktop computers, handheld devices, photocopiers, scanners, facsimile
machines, and voicemail systems.
· Work is an 8-hour shift. On occasion, overtime may be needed.
· Sit 2-3 hours a day.
· Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. on occasion.
· Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, squat, climb, reach, grasp, grip, carry, and maneuver around an office and the production floor.
· Must be able to work on manufacturing production floor and able to wear all required safety equipment.
· The team member is required to be able to perform the above tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
