The Operator trainer is responsible for training all new operators to a minimum level before they go onto a permanent shift, they will also work with existing personnel to increase their knowledge. The person in this position will schedule all operator training and bring in resources to assist with the training and document all the training and progress.

Knowledge

Good communication skills

Must be a Self-starter

Set up experience, 2 years minimum

Have Thermoforming tooling knowledge

Has operated thermoforming or extrusion equipment (ideally minimum of three years’ experience)

Scheduling knowledge

Good Excel and project knowledge.

Education Requirements: 

Technical Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
