LTO Specialist|Columbus,OH|Hiring Now

 

 

Compensation:

  • $20.77-$27.53 (depending on experience)

 

Available Shift:

  • 3:50pm-12:00pm (Monday-Friday)

General Summary: This position will require forklift/clamp truck certification. This is open to those who already have a forklift license.  Forklift license with Novolex and SAP experience a plus. Duties of this position include (but are not limited to):

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Operate forklift and clamp truck to supply moistening, printing and forming machines with roll stock on a timely basis.
  • Remove finished goods from formers, stretch wrap, prepare packing slip, and load trailers.
  • Unload trailers and/or rail cars and properly store all incoming materials, completing receiving reports as required.
  • Check all deliveries for damages and/or shortages.
  • Daily inventory of KANBAN items, order as needed.
  • Monthly cycle counts, audit variances.
  • Receive materials into SAP (rolls, corrugated, parts, etc.).
  • Filing truckloads and delivery receipts.
  • Scan documents to network.
  • Inventory and arrange for shipping of scrap loads.
  • Scheduling inbound deliveries
  • Printing roll tags
  • Backup/assist shipping supervisor.
  • Mock recalls.
  • Ordering of office and production supplies.
  • Printing Nestle labels.
  • UPS packages - check in, verification, distribution.
  • Driver check-in.
  • Coordinate shuttle driver duties.
  • Assist with coverage for vacations and absences.
  • Daily production entries into SAP.
  • Maintaining warehouse inventory spreadsheet for finished goods.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety Standards and Safe Work Practices.

Qualifications:

  • Must have valid drivers license
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is preferred
  • Must work overtime as needed and flexible to work on any shift.
  • Must be a demonstrated team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
