• Starting pay rate from $17 per hour -Paid Weekly- plus $1 shift differential!

Summary: 

This position is responsible for operating Thermoforming equipment throughout the facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to use measurement instruments to check work.
• Adjusts and notifies Tooling personnel the need for more complex machine adjustments.
• Removes parts from the press.
• Loads and removes inserts in the mold (“change over”) and inspects parts.
• Performs all duties of a Packer when necessary.
• Packs plastic containers and lids of various sizes into sleeves and boxes per packing specifications.
• Grinds scrap material out of sleeves when needed.
• Ability to accurately read and operate machine’s computer console.
• Responsible for the overall continuing manufacturing process.
• Set up and install mold bases.
• Completes all paperwork as required.
• Ability to use and understand Insight and Gainseeker.
• Responsible for hourly retain rack checks.
• Verifies the quality of the product and reports issues to QC.
• Housekeeping as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• + 1 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in Thermoforming.
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to other departments to meet production goals.
