  • Oversee network modeling and scenario analysis to identify opportunities for cost efficiency, service improvement, and operational resiliency.
  • Govern efforts to optimize transportation flows, facility footprints, inventory placement, and service levels using advanced modeling tools and methodologies.
  • Guide the evaluation of emerging technologies, automation, and network design concepts to determine strategic fit and ROI.
  • Validate the logic, accuracy, and assumptions within network models developed by team members, ensuring analytical rigor and reliable outputs.
  • Establish modeling standards, documentation protocols, and quality control processes to ensure consistency and repeatability across all analytical work.

What We Need from You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in network optimization, supply chain strategy, transportation optimization, or a related analytical field.
  • Expertise in network modeling tools (e.g., Optilogic, Llamasoft, Coupa, Blue Yonder, Supply Chain Guru, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to build robust business cases and translate analytical findings into financial and strategic implications.
  • Strong financial acumen, including capital and operating expense forecasting, ROI modeling, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide network redesign or greenfield/brownfield studies.
  • Knowledge of optimization methods, simulation, and scenario modeling.
  • Experience working in a complex, multi-facility, multi-node network environment.
