Responsibilities

How You'll Perform the Role

Responsible for overseeing the enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and supply chain technology platforms that support manufacturing operations. The VP will lead digital transformation initiatives, optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, and ensure ERP systems are aligned with business goals and scalable for future growth. Collaborate closely with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to deliver integrated solutions that enhance efficiency, visibility, and agility across the manufacturing value chain.

ERP Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Ensure ERP platforms support manufacturing, finance, procurement, and inventory management functions. Oversee ERP upgrades, integrations, and data migration efforts.

Supply Chain Strategy & Execution

  • Drive digital transformation across supply chain operations, including demand planning, logistics, and supplier collaboration. Implement tools for real-time visibility, predictive analytics, and automation. Ensure alignment with Industry 4.0 initiatives such as IoT, smart factories, and digital twins.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with business leaders to identify technology needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Work with Finance and Operations to improve forecasting, cost control, and inventory accuracy. Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant systems.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of ERP analysts, supply chain technologists, and project managers. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop talent to support long-term organizational growth.

Governance & Performance Management

  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor system performance and business impact. Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and user adoption across platforms. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for ERP and supply chain solutions.

What We Need From You

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on ERP and supply chain systems in manufacturing.
  • Proven success in leading ERP implementations and supply chain digitization initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, and enterprise systems.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP platforms and integration with MES, TMS, WMS, and SCM systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
